Starting a print magazine from scratch with no editorial experience in the age of clickbait is not recommended. But while trail running in the French Alps, Julie and Simon Freeman surveyed the magazine landscape and realized an opportunity. Running magazines seemed to only serve up bite sized, prescriptive "how-to" content, and what they wanted to read was longer narrative stories about "why" these athletes do what they do. And so, Like the Wind was born. Kate Carter has the story on how, exactly, it took flight.

The Coco Palms Resort - You can visit this hotel on the North Shore of Kauai that was frequented in the 1960's by many celebrity guests including Elvis and Frank Sinatra. It was also where the wedding scene from Elvis' Blue Hawaii was filmed in 1961.
